A modest Commitment/ Retainer Fee is payable to Homefinder Sydney at the start of our property service.
Then a Success Fee is payable, but only on Exchange Of Contracts on your new property. Because Homefinder Sydney is working strictly for you the Buyer, the Success Fee is not commission-based but a flat fee, based on a sliding scale, depending on the purchase price of your property.

- For properties up to $2m: $2,500 Retainer (+ Success Fee)
- For properties above $2m : Retainer from $3,500 ( + Success Fee)
OPTION TWO: NEGOTIATION & EVALUATION
- For properties up to $1.5m: $1,500 ( + Success Fee)
- For properties above $1.5m: from $2,000 ( + Success Fee)
OPTION THREE: AUCTION BIDDING
- $650 ( + Success Fee)
